Action items to accomplish via wiki and e-mail<br>
1.	Play around with high-level classes on wiki.  Restructure or add classes but do not delete anything.<br>
2.	Continue to add terms to term lists<br>
3.	assemble term lists to eliminate any redundancy and categorize terms into branches<br>
4.	select a branch to develop more fully<br>
5.	Find some specific examples of clinical trials that could be used to validate high-level structure and terms
