How do I create a PURL for my ontology?
- To create a PURL for your ontology that resolves to BioPortal, go to the PURL server where your PURL is registered (NOTE: you can register your ontology PURLs on the NCBO PURL server at http://purl.bioontology.org) and create a partial PURL with the target "http://bioportal.bioontology.org/virtual/{virtual ontology identifier}". The virtual ontology identifier for your ontology can be found on the ontology metadata page, e.g. http://bioportal.bioontology.org/ontologies/45118, in the field Ontology Id.
